IT Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our fierce team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, managing the development team, and ensuring a successful project delivery for our biggest client (fintech industry). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex IT projects, great communication skills, and experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and manage project teams, including internal and external stakeholders
• Identify, communicate and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Identify and implement project management best practices
• Maintain project documentation and provide regular project status updates

Requirements:

• At least 2 year of experience in managing IT projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in English language
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
